At HAI making an application is the way to start the process rolling, and it can make pursuing your career path at HAI easier.

Often the first thing that is looked at is the CV – and if this has been drawn up in a properly considered and coherent manner then the first step towards making a successful application is completed.
The application letter setting out why you’re applying provides the opportunity to specify your interests and to state exactly why you are keen to have the job. It should set out clearly what your expectations of the job are, and it should use specific examples to show why you in particular are the right candidate to fill the particular vacancy. Tip: It’s always best to read the application letter twice or to have someone check it for you because typing errors and grammatical mistakes don’t make a good impression.
In the interview itself the candidate will provide the best account of him/herself if he/she has taken the trouble to find out about the company beforehand, and if he/she has thought about the job and is therefore able to ask specific questions – in other words it pays to be well-prepared. To us it’s very important that you are frank and open with us, that you’re true to yourself, and that you behave professionally and have good conversation skills. If you “tick all these boxes” there’s every chance that your application will be successful!
The HAI application process
Use an informative application letter setting out why you’re applying, together with a CV and any relevant certificates here.

Online-application
After a preliminary selection phase lasting about a week we will get back to you with our initial feedback. We will arrange a personal meeting and interview for you together with the respective department.

Pre-selection
Since the HAI is located on the AMAG site, access is via the AMAG site security office. But don’t worry, we’ll send you the precise details in writing.

Travel to the venue
You will be able to give a proper account of yourself during the interview, the online conference or the sample work assignment – and the selection procedure varies according to the type of position. You will also have the opportunity to see your future workplace and to meet the team.

Interview
After the interview with you we will consider whether we would like to invite you to a second interview or if we can already make a final selection.

Selection procedure
This involves providing you with the best possible start, and any advice or practical help that you may need. On the first Welcome Day you will be taken on a tour of the site in order to familiarise you with the company’s various divisions. Congratulations – you’re now a full member of the HAI family!
