Quality is part
of our DNA

As a supplier of high-quality aluminium products – from recycled primary materials to sophisticated profiles and components involving complex machining operations – we’ve always aimed to achieve excellent product quality. Quality management is a key task of corporate management at HAI. In many sectors that are of importance to HAI a quality management system is a mandatory requirement.

Our Technologies

Quality at HAI
is multi-faceted

It includes technical effectiveness and compliance with the most exacting environmental standards, and of course adhering to deadlines and supplying products on-time. Our main motivation is our enthusiasm for aluminium as a material, combined with always doing our utmost to find the best solution for our customers. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) including the key areas of quality, the environment, health and safety at work and energy management as well as our continuous improvement process (CIP) form important cornerstones of this approach.

Quality management
as a core task

Quality exerts a decisive influence on how we operate as a business. Quality management systems are mandatory in many sectors in which HAI operates. We therefore seek to ensure the highest possible level of quality in the development and production operations for our aluminium solutions. All this is reflected in the numerous certificates that we have been awarded:
  • ASI Performance Standard (HAI Casting, Ranshofen and Santana)
  • IATF 16949
  • ISO/TS 22163
  • ISO 14001
